RENT GUARANTEE

Tenant referencing is the starting point for any property let.  Selecting the right tenant requires objective assessment and can be time consuming. As an Appointed Representative of HomeLet, we take the worry out of finding the right tenant by offering a wide range of tenant referencing services and rent guarantee products on which to base your decision.

All applicants are referenced using HomeLet. On successful completion of reference checks, HomeLet provides a Rent Guarantee for either 6 or 12 months, so that if your tenant defaults payment whilst living in the property during the initial period, you’ll be paid the rent by HomeLet, who will then chase the tenant for the debt.

We do not charge Landlords (whose properties we let) for Tenant Referencing.
