Regular property inspections - usually quarterly - ensure the property is well looked after, and identifies problems (tenant or fabric!) in advance; prevention is better than cure.

Rents are paid directly into your bank account each month within days of the tenants rent being received via the BACS system, and we present you with a monthly invoice and statement for information, whether you live locally or in a far-flung corner of the world.
